About the Role
We’re looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Cashier to join our retail crew on a part-time basis — perfect for someone who enjoys a lively environment, likes helping people, and wants a consistent 2–3-day schedule.
• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts between 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Hours: Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Days: Weekdays and Saturdays (no Sundays!)
What You’ll Do
• Welcome customers with a smile and deliver top-notch service.
• Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe checkout area.
• Assist with returns or questions — helping customers find what they need.
• Work closely with the store team to keep things running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience (retail a plus).
• Point-of-sale (POS) or cash handling experience.
• Friendly, professional attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry).
• Boating or marine product knowledge is a plus — but we’ll teach you what you need to know!
